Parents/guardians wishing to enroll their child(ren) in any Livingston Parish Public School must register online:

PowerSchool Registration

The following documents are required and must be uploaded in order to successfully submit your registration application.

1. Photo ID of parent/guardian

2. Student's official birth certificate

3. Student's Louisiana up-to-date immunization record

4. Three proofs of the physical address in the name of the parent/guardian (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)

   • Acceptable proofs of residence (at least one proof must be one of the items indicated with an asterisk):

     • ​*Utility bill (electric, gas, water, cable, phone)

     • Property tax records

     • Voter Registration Card

     • SNAP Benefits

     • Bank statement

     • *Mortgage documents or property deed

     • Current lease agreement or notarized statement (Residency Affidavit) of the verified property owner identifying him/herself as the property owner, describing the property, the term of the lease, and identifying the lease holder

5. Court ordered custody documents for parents who are separated or divorced (not applicable if the parents do not have a custody agreement and are not requesting limitations to one parent's rights)

   • If the person enrolling the student is not listed on the student's birth certificate, the court decree declaring the district resident to be the legal guardian of the student must be presented (provisional custody by mandate is not accepted)
