Lions basketball to take on Sarah T. Reed in Class 2A playoff game

The French Settlement High School Lions basketball team are heading to the LHSAA Class 2A playoffs.

The Lions are ranked 6th in the playoff bracket and are coming off of a stellar 28-6 season.

The Lions will face Sarah T. Reed (#27), who is coming off of a 16-17 season, Friday at the Gerald C. Keller gymnasium.

The LHSAA boys' Marsh Madness tournament will take place March 7-12 at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles. The Lions will need to win their bi-district, regional and quarterfinal games to advance to the semi-finals in Lake Charles.
